What services are offered at Paws in the City, Greenford?

Paws in the City, Greenford provides a wide range of veterinary services designed to keep your pets healthy. Alongside routine treatments like vaccinations, dental care, microchipping, and neutering, we also offer specialised care in areas such as orthopaedics and ophthalmology for pets with complex health needs.

We also have grooming facilities within the surgery, where your dog can enjoy anything from their first groom as a puppy or a full groom. We also offer cat grooming and are experienced in working with nervous or worried pets. Our Paws Boutique is also onsite for you to shop for your pets’ latest accessories, pet care equipment, and treats. All of this is under one roof!

Paws in the City, Greenford is located in Tillermans Court, Grenan Square, Greenford, UB6 0FT. The closest tube/train stops are Greenford (Central Line & National Rail), Sudbury Hill (Piccadilly Line), and Sudbury Hill Harrow (National Rail) and are all within walking distance of the surgery.

Is there parking available?

Yes! There is secure parking available for visitors in the Tillerman’s Court building. You can find the entrance to the right of Starbucks. Once inside, turn right to the visitor parking. Visitor parking is free for 2 hours, after which charges apply according to the signs within the carpark.

What are your opening hours?

We are open 9:00am - 7:00pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Can I walk in for an appointment?

We recommend calling the surgery to book in an appointment, and we can tell you if we have same-day appointments available.

Can I join Paws+ wellness plan?

Paws+ wellness plan is an exclusive membership for pet owners who want to provide full preventive protection for their pets. Preventative healthcare includes vaccinations and anti-parasitic treatments for fleas and worms. At Paws in the City, we think that every pet owner should have greater access to high-quality medical care.

Do you provide travel certificates?

If you are travelling with your pet, you will need to get them an Animal Health Certificate or Export Health Certificate. We can provide Animal Health Certificates after an assessment at our surgery. Do you offer surgeries?

Yes – we perform many surgeries in-house at Paws in the City. If you think your pet requires surgery, please contact us for a consultation so that we can assess your pets’ needs.

Which types of animals do you look after?

As we are a small animal veterinary clinic, we provide care for all of your domestic pets, including dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, and more.

Can I obtain the medication directly from the surgery?

Our veterinary team can recommend the essential medications after evaluating your pet. Then, at our clinic, it will be given to you so you may start treating your pet right away and start them on the path to recovery.
